Glad yours is working. All morning mine says "this site can't be reached" The router looks OK, at least the blue light is showing. I've phoned BT but goodness knows when they'll respond

It appears to be only a problem when trying to connect via WiFi/broadband. It seems to be working for mobile 4/55G connection. (Possibly a specific server or routing issue? Sorry, I know little about BT email!)
Just tried it and it seems to be back. It's irksome if, like me, you're not a digital expert and haven't a clue what's happened

I've found it rubbish since the new system came into operation. We've been with BT for a very long time and it's been fraught with problems since the merger with EE. Basically if someone says it's a new brilliant system well it just plain isn't!
