Motor bikes

If you own a motor bike and it's in the road, becareful as a young man working very hard on the house that was burnt in chelverton road, had his bike stolen yesterday afternoon. Another person helped him get away, he was on an electric scooter and was holding onto the handle of the motor bike. They were meant to have then gone down Quill lane. A neighbour video it happening and shouted to the builder to call the police.

Trump: Ukraine peace plan isn’t my final offer

It should’ve happened a long time ago... We’re trying to get it ended. Felsham Road

I am not sure if anytbing has been posted on this forum in recent weeks but i am really concerned about all the traffic racing up and down Felsham Road to cut into the roads further up the Lower Richmond Road particularly Weiss Road.  I know that this as a result of all the traffic but i have seen children, adults and myself with my dogs nearly being mown down by cars in the mornings.  I have spoken to the Headmistress of St Mary's where my children were at school and she is so worried about the children crossing the roads all along Felsham Road.  I dont want to put any more pressure on the Lower Richmond Road but surely it should only be used by residents of SW15 and not used as a race track for speed and abusive behaviour. Does anyone know if this is something being discussed with the Council? Please be kind.

Message to Ed

Ed, I'm sure it was you who complained about Dyers Lane, Sainsbury's well the Saturday before last, we had to turn round because of traffic going to Richmond, so we used Dyers Lane. Thought you might like to know, since I complained to Head Office about Sainsbury's, Werter Rd, I also said about Dyers Lane.  Well the nice Manager man from Sainsbury's Werter road is now Managing Dyers Lane. When we got a bit of a trolly full, he actually took it behind the glass counter his side and rang the food up and handed it to use through the screen. I just asked in Werter Road and was told he his now Managing Dyers Lane.

rubbish collection

Am puzzled by arrangements re collections in West Putney. Today I put out a rubbish bin for collection, but half of the rubbish was left behind still inside the bin. I went online to report, but the template doesn't cover rubbish bins - only various types of plastic sacks. Are bins still acceptable? Also, the bin I used was                                                                                                             a new one - the old one having disappeared without trace from the street two weeks ago. Who took it away? In the Council trying to tell me something?

No more 424 buses across Putney Bridge

TfL is consulting on making the 424 a Putney only service that will no longer go down the High Street. Cut back to only every 45 mins and still starting on Putney Heath and travelling via the Telegraph it will turn right on Putney Hill, loop round Carlton Drive and then go back up to Putney Heath. https://haveyoursay.tfl.gov.uk/bus-424-putney-fulham
